Our people come from a variety of sectors like infrastructure, transport, investments, health, or social services and they are passionate about driving outcomes for government. As a division of Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC), QGCS does work that improves Queensland for generations. 

Managing Director

Giselle joined QTC as Managing Director, QGCS in November 2025. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience in consulting and infrastructure, coupled with deep expertise in the public and private sectors. Giselle has advised clients across a diverse range of industries, including government, infrastructure, resources, health, education, consumer and not-for-profit.   

Prior to joining QTC, Giselle was a Partner at Deloitte Australia where she led major client relationships with the Queensland Government and Government-Owned Corporations (GOCs).  At Deloitte she held several significant leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Consulting Australia, overseeing the nation’s largest consulting practice of over 5,000 staff. She also led the national Monitor Deloitte practice, specialising in strategy design and business transformation, and served as the National Market Leader for Operational Efficiency and Resilience.  Earlier in her career, Giselle held senior roles at QR National (now Aurizon) and Queensland Rail. She began her career as an engineer with Boral before transitioning into management consulting with Accenture. 

Giselle is passionate about creating value for Queensland and is committed to delivering impactful, strategic outcomes for the state.
